The Legal Obligation

As you are no doubt aware, employers have a legal obligation under the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981, and Approved Code of Practice (ACOPL74) to make adequate and appropriate First Aid provisions for their workforce. It is recommended that someone is able to undertake First Aid duties as all times whilst people are at work.

SG Training Specialists can provide all the training needed to ensure that your company complies to all laws, regulations and legislation's for adequate First Aid cover in the work place.

How The Training Is Delivered

All the training is tailored to the individual needs of the company. As such, training normally takes place within your workplace, which allows for a realistic experience for students and will also allow our staff to get an appreciation of the layout of the company and the way in which emergencies are going to be dealt with. This will help us to provide the best training experience for your staff.

The lessons are given using Powerpoint Presentations, Flip Charts, Interactive Displays, Projectors, Handouts, Practical Work, Group discussions and Questions and Answers. Of course, we can also deliver lessons by adapting them to the resources that are available at the time.

All training is awarded with a Certificate, and all our training is HSE approved to meet with all current Regulations and Legislation's.
