Does Your Company Comply With Current Legislation?

New Fire Safety Legislation The ODPM has developed new general fire safety legislation for England and Wales. Their aim is to rationalise and consolidate the many pieces of existing legislation and to provide a risk-based approach to fire safety. The new fire legislation is called The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order which was implemented in October 2006.

One section of this new reform states that employers have the responsibility for Fire Prevention and to ensure that their employees receive adequate Fire Safety Training on a regular basis. We guarantee that the training we provide will meet an employers obligations as defined within current legislation and the forthcoming Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.

How The Training Is Delivered

All the training is tailored to the individual needs of the company. As such, training normally takes place within your workplace, which allows for a realistic experience for students and will also allow our staff to get an appreciation of the layout of the company and the way in which emergencies are going to be dealt with. This will help us to provide the best training experience for your staff.

The lessons are given using Powerpoint Presentations, Flip Charts, Interactive Displays, Projectors, Handouts, Practical Work, Group discussions and Questions and Answers. Of course, we can also deliver lessons by adapting them to the resources that are available at the time.

All training is awarded with a Certificate, and all our training is HSE approved to meet with all current Regulations and Legislation's.
